1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and goldbets ("goldbets", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the goldbets website, mobile platform, games library, sports betting markets, payment services, and all related features and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the goldbets registration process and activating your account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. Acceptance of these Terms is a condition precedent to your use of the Platform. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with goldbets, including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, sports betting, and communications with our customer support team.

goldbets reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, goldbets will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support@goldbets to initiate account closure.

These Terms are written in English and are the authoritative version of the agreement between you and goldbets. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

The goldbets Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older ("18+ only"). By registering an account on goldbets, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. goldbets reserves the right to request identity documentation — including but not limited to a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any point to verify your age.

If goldbets determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player is under the age of 18, goldbets will immediately and permanently suspend that account, void all bets placed from that account, and return any net deposits (after deducting any winnings generated) to the payment source from which they were received. Under no circumstances will winnings accrued by an underage Player be paid out.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

goldbets is designed and operated primarily for adult players resident in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the goldbets Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. goldbets makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its principal operating territories.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold exactly one active goldbets account at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any alias — is strictly prohibited. goldbets employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, goldbets reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of the goldbets Platform — including making deposits, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles goldbets to immediately suspend or permanently close your account without notice.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

goldbets operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documentation — such as a scan or clear photograph of your Bangladesh NID card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of your registered payment method before your first withdrawal is processed.

goldbets reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being made may result in account suspension.

3.3 Login Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will be issued a goldbets Login credential set (username and password). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use any other Player's account.

goldbets will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from goldbets that requests your password, treat it as a fraudulent communication and notify us at support@goldbets immediately.

Any activity conducted via your goldbets account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. goldbets is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your Login credentials, unless you have promptly notified goldbets of the unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep the personal information associated with your goldbets account accurate and up to date. If your email address, phone number, or residential address in Bangladesh changes, you must update your account details promptly via the account settings page or by contacting support@goldbets. goldbets is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

goldbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goldbets does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit accepted on goldbets is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though goldbets reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements to large or unusual deposit transactions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your goldbets BDT wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank may take one to three business days to reflect in your account balance. goldbets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your goldbets account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable payment method limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. goldbets targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and applicable security checks.

goldbets reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, or where unusual account activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account has an outstanding KYC requirement, an active fraud investigation, or a disputed transaction.

4.5 No Chargeback Policy

Once a deposit has been credited to your goldbets wallet and used for wagering, no chargeback, reversal, or recall of that transaction will be accepted. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback via your payment provider for wagered funds constitutes a material breach of these Terms, and goldbets reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers made available by goldbets are subject to individual eligibility criteria which will be specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to verified Players who are 18 years of age or older and who are residents of Bangladesh. goldbets reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free bet credits, free spins winnings, and other promotional credits awarded by goldbets are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time the bonus is offered. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Minimum Qualifying Odds

For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets and wagering-requirement bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards meeting bonus wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

goldbets reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit — and to suspend or permanently close the associated account — where goldbets determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses across duplicate accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, abusing referral or affiliate programmes, or exploiting any technical error or misconfigured promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the goldbets Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify that all bet details — including market, selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. goldbets does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is subsequently voided in accordance with section 6.3 below.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games on the goldbets Platform. These limits vary by market type, game, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface at the time of betting. goldbets reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets and Market Cancellations

goldbets reserves the right to void individual bets or entire markets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, incorrect odds published due to a technical fault, events being abandoned or postponed, or evidence that the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised. In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's BDT wallet in full.

6.4 Casino Games and RNG

All casino games available on the goldbets Platform — including slots, live casino tables, virtual card games, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game studios. goldbets works exclusively with studios whose RNG systems are subject to independent third-party auditing. The mathematical outcomes of all games are governed by the rules of the individual game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

6.5 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected sports events, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket matches. goldbets reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension that relate to events which have already occurred at the time the bet was placed — a situation sometimes referred to as "late betting" — may be voided at goldbets's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goldbets Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating a goldbets account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured markets to generate guaranteed profit — commonly referred to as "advantage play" in bad faith.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any technology designed to mask your true location or identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing goldbets staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or derive the source code of the Platform or any goldbets software.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by goldbets

goldbets reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continuing to operate the account would, in goldbets's reasonable assessment, pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

In the event of account closure by goldbets for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

8.2 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@goldbets. In addition to standard account closure, goldbets offers a self-exclusion programme for Players who wish to restrict their own access to the Platform as a responsible gaming measure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period of 12 months. 8.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by goldbets or by you — all pending bonus funds, incomplete wagering requirements, accrued VIP points (except where specifically redeemable at the time of closure), and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be handled in accordance with section 8.1 above.
